We require 24 hour notice for cancellations of ALL scheduled services.
Clients canceling after the 24 hours of their scheduled appointment, will be required to pay 50% of the service reserved in order to continue booking.
If you book any appointment and do not arrive and do not cancel your service, you will be subject to pay the FULL AMOUNT of the reserved services.
You will also be required to have a credit card on file to secure any future bookings.
A credit card is required in order to reserve a Keratin treatment service.
Gift cards MUST be presented at the time of service for redemption.
ALL service pricing does take into account time, complexity, and amount of product used in each service. In adherence to NYS 'Pink Tax' regulations, our prices will be adjusted (if necessary) at the time of service completion, to reflect the service given and NOT the gender attached to the name of the service.
